Terms of Booking, the House Rules

Guests and companions alike are 21 or over, and we may ask you to confirm your age.

A booking buys time and company: conversation, dinner, a drink, an evening in good surroundings; the fee covers her time, nothing else.

Treat her as a guest you invited yourself; no photographs or recordings of her without her clear consent.

A booking exists once the night desk has stated in the chat the companion, date, start time, length, hotel or private address, total and any deposit requested, and you have agreed in writing; with a deposit, once it arrives. Before that yes nothing is reserved or owed; after it the booking is final, her time held for you alone and other requests turned away.

Rates begin at €180 an hour. Whether a deposit is asked, and how much, is the desk's call per booking, stated with the way to pay it in the chat before you confirm, never here. It is an advance on the fee and comes off the total; the balance is paid at the start.

Cancel by a message on the channel you booked through; it is always charged, since a confirmed booking is final and her time was held. One to three hours, counted from the agreed start: over 48 hours ahead, the deposit stays with the house as a credit; 48 to 24 hours, 50% of the agreed fee; under 24 hours, 100%, where a same-day booking sits from confirmation.

The credit lasts 12 months, is used once with any companion here, is not transferable and never paid out; without a deposit an early cancellation carries no charge, but one is asked next time. Otherwise the deposit is kept against the charge and any remainder invoiced, payable within 14 days; costs we save come off a 100% charge, all that is owed.

Example: €600 for three hours, €300 deposit. Cancelled 36 hours ahead, 50% is €300: the deposit covers it, nothing more owed. Six hours ahead, or nobody at the door, the full €600: deposit kept, €300 invoiced. Ten days ahead, the €300 becomes a 12-month credit.

Dinner dates, overnights, duos, couples evenings, extended and multi-day bookings, travel and events take more of her diary, so the windows widen: more than 7 days ahead, the deposit becomes the credit above; 7 days to 72 hours, 50%; under 72 hours, 100%. The rest works as above.

Not at the address, or unreachable on your booking number, 30 minutes after the start, a wrong or inaccessible address, or turning her away at the door for a reason not ours: each is a no-show, a cancellation in the 100% tier, deposit kept, balance invoiced.

One move of the date or time may be possible, at the desk's discretion, if asked before she sets off and her diary allows; deposit and terms travel with it. Otherwise the original booking stands, charged as above. More time is settled in the chat, hour for hour at the rate already agreed; ending early does not reduce the fee.

She may end or refuse a booking if you are visibly intoxicated, abusive or threatening, decline to show ID when your age is in doubt, gave a false name or address, have extra people present unannounced, or ask for anything beyond companionship: your cancellation, 100% tier, fee due, deposit kept.

If we cancel, or your confirmed companion cannot come, and the cause is not yours, the choice is yours: another evening or another companion with nothing added to the bill, or every euro you paid returned within 14 days. A substitute is offered, never imposed; decline her and the refund follows. Events beyond anyone's control bring the same choice.

Every face in the gallery is blurred, for the companions' privacy. The office checks each portrait set against the companion in person before it goes under the lights, and the name confirmed in your chat is the woman who knocks, with the figure, hair, styling and presentation shown. No face being visible, 'not the woman pictured' cannot be tested at the door and is no ground to cancel, be refunded or credited; sending her away is a no-show.

Every booking is a leisure service for a fixed date and hour, so under article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) no 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Dutch law governs these terms and every booking. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.

The chat in which a booking and these terms were accepted, and the payment record of any deposit, are kept while the booking, any charge or credit, a dispute or bookkeeping duties need them, then deleted; no copies of ID are stored. A false identity, another person's payment details, or threats or violence towards a companion may be reported to the police and the payment provider, and later bookings declined.
