A deposit is set against the charge and is never paid back, and a no-show is always the full fee. One move of the time may be possible if you ask before she sets off and her diary allows it. Nor is there a 14-day cooling-off clause waiting in the wings: company reserved for one named date and hour counts as a leisure service, and article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) places such services outside the right of withdrawal. A deposit is most likely for a date booked ahead, a long format such as an overnight or a duo, a trip outside the city, a first booking or a busy night. If one is needed, the amount and the way to pay it are stated in the chat before you say yes; nothing about it is printed on this site. The deposit is an advance on the fee and comes off the total, with the balance paid at the start of the booking, so the evening itself is never about money. Cancel later and the deposit is set against the cancellation charge, or becomes a 12-month credit if you cancelled early; it is not refunded. If we are the ones who cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund of everything you paid.

Only what the booking needs: a name to call you by, where you are staying, when, and for how long. We keep no client database, and the companion receives only the details she needs to find you. What we do keep is the chat in which the booking and the terms were agreed, and the record of any deposit, for as long as the booking, a cancellation charge or credit, a dispute or our bookkeeping need them; then it is deleted. Copies of ID are never stored.
